In effort to protect one another and reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure and spread, we've made some big changes in order to return to an in-person event in 2022. Please accept our apologies for inconveniences; we usually keep to the "better safe than sorry" side of things. We hope and expect to return to our regular package options when we celebrate the milestone of 21 years in 2023.
All attendees, guides, and staff are required to provide proof of vaccination upon registration or before April 18, and a negative COVID-19 test (lab or rapid) result dated one to three days before May 2, 2022. No Exceptions.
- Total attendance is capped at fifty participants plus less than ten guides.
- Every Field Trip is limited to ten participants plus guides.
- Field trips travel by bus with 20 to 24 seats.
- Only the All Week package is available.
- Tents with viewing monitors provide additional seating areas for Dinners and Presentations.
