All packages include daily field trips, field trip transportation from/toBurnwood, presentations, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lodging packages begin the night before your first field trip and include the night of your last field trip. Filed trips are limited to twelve seats plus two guides. This is an immersive birding and nature vacation. All you have to do is show up for six days of adventurous field trips, meals, knowledge and fun packed presentations, and spend some time with world-class professionals and fellow nature enthusiasts you (will) know as friends.

Field Trip Transportation is provided from our Burnwood hub and back again.

Lodging packages start with a special rate agreement with our partners and we handle the reservations for you. Lodging check-in is the afternoon before your first field trip and check-out is the mornig following your last field trip. Additional days may be requested but depend upon provider availability and must be handled with the lodging provider. Click here to review lodging options.

Festival check-in is Sunday between 6 and 8 PM, Monday at 6 AM, or Wednesday at 6 AM at Burnwood. Upon check-in you'll be provided a checklist, personal itinerary and name tag.

Deposit & Payments may be made from your Registration Confirmation email, PayPal invoice, the PayPal "Make Payment" button on this page, or by postal mail. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of your total is required to hold your reservation. Other payments can be made at anytime and are refundable (minus PayPal fees) until March 1 or can be held in entirety as credit and applied to your next NRBNF reservation. Total balance is due by April 1.
A PayPal account is not required when you use your credit or debit card. 
Write checks payable to "New River Birding & Nature Festival" and mail to 310 West Oyler Ave, Oak Hill, WV, 25901.

Registered Users may Log in and view their submitted Registration and balance due in their Cart. *Create a User Account and Log in prior to submitting a Registration.

Confirmation & Invoice: Upon successfully submitting a registration you're automatically redirected to a success screen. Within minutes you will receive a confirmation email; a PayPal invoice usually arrives to your email address within 72 hours.

Health Safety Precautions

+ Mask requirements inside Park facilities vary according to the CDC’s COVID-19 Community Levels tool.
+ Masks may be required in some places of business we may use as a pit-stop and restroom facilities.
+ If anyone develops symptoms during Festival week, they must immediately self-isolate, text or call us, and seek a test.
