Review Festival & Registration pages prior to registration. Includes: daily field trips, field trip transportation from Burnwood and back, three meals each day, and snacks and drinks in the Meadows, daily presentations, printed field checklist, name tag and itenerary. We'll do our best to place you in the most comfortable cabin for your group size. Please remember, cabins are on a first-come-first-serve basis; the third or fourth bed in your cabin may be a fold-out sofa or you may get a cabin with 2 beds when only 1 was requested.

Festival check-in is Sunday at Burnwood any time between 6 PM and 8 PM, with a casual cookout!

Festival check-in is Thursday at the Meadows at Opossum Creek Retreat any time between 6 AM and 8 AM. Roll-in when you're ready. Coffee is on at 6 AM, breakfast at 8 AM, outings begin at 9 AM.

Festival check-in is Thursday at Burnwood at 6 AM. Cranberry trip has breakfast waiting on the bus and departs by 6:30 or earlier. Other trips depart by 7 AM.

Package Total

Total includes the Jeep Tour if you selected it. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of your total is required to hold your reservation. Other payments may be made at any time. Other payments (minus PayPal fees) are refundable until March 1. Total balance due by April 1. Deposit and payments may be made by PayPal or check sent by mail. If cancellation is necessary, all payments may be held and applied to your next NRBNF reservation. With PayPal, you enter the amount you wish to remit using any of the PayPal "Make Payment" buttons/links on our website, your confirmation email, or the PayPal invoice that you should receive within 72 hours. Postal mailing instructions for checks are in the confirmation email.
